I just finished reading "The Red Queen's Daughter by Jacqueline Kolosov. I was very interested in reading this peticular book because it is about Mary Seymour, the daughter of Catherine Parr, the last wife of Henry VIII. History lost track of Mary Seymour. She was also the daughter of Thomas Seymour who was beheaded about eight months after Mary's birth. Mary's mother died six days after Mary's birth. After that, History lost track of Mary. According to most sources, Mary died while still a baby. But not in this book. This book is from her point of view. From the time of her early childhood till she's a teenager. In the court of Elizabeth I. It was a good read. Probably not historically accurate, but a good fiction.

This has come up on my Amazon list a few times and I've been wondering if it was any good. Plus, I just love the girl on the cover.
I'd buy the book just to stare at the beautiful cover...because I'm illiterate. 8(
